Cas Xocolater

Cas Xocolater is an old estate built with stone walls, located in the municipality of Estellencs on the island of Mallorca, in a privileged spot on a cliff overlooking the sea.

In this spectacular building, we had the opportunity to carry out all the exterior carpentry work in wood.

Preserving its classic style, we crafted all the glass doors and windows from Canadian cedar wood with muntins, solid interior shutters from the same wood, and brass hardware with an aged finish.

The fixed-louvered shutters were made from iroko wood and lacquered in green, evoking the surrounding nature.
