Rural Hotel Son Vell

We began work on Hotel Son Vell, located in Ciutadella, in 2021. During 2022 and 2023, all the exterior carpentry in wood was completed.

We manufactured and installed all the glass doors and windows using Canadian cedar wood with muntins, as well as solid interior shutters made from the same wood, featuring brass hardware with an aged finish.

The fixed-louver shutters and solid exterior doors were crafted from iroko wood. In addition to restoring various ceilings with reclaimed wooden beams, we built the pergolas for the restaurant and pool, along with 24 new individual pergolas made of iroko wood with a wicker roof, distributed throughout different areas of the building. We also took care of installing an outdoor wooden deck, where various activities take place in the heart of nature.
